Planning Designed to Achieve the Outcomes You Need
Whether your organization is just starting out or embarking on a
new path, MDP Strategies can help you develop plans that work. We have
routinely conducted organizational development planning for start-up
and existing nonprofit organizations and initiatives.
This outcome-driven planning is completed in cooperation with
board, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders—recipients of services
(clients), government, business, and other relevant community partners.
The strategic planning process includes the following three deliverables, as dictated by client requirements and resources:
•
A Feasibility Assessment and Report
that are based on internal/external market research, interviews, and
focus groups to identify environmental trends, audience and customer
needs and perceived benefits, and gaps in products and services
•
An Outcome-Driven Planning Process that includes a retreat
and/or series of meetings and employs feasibility data to determine the
organization’s mission or vision and proposed measures of success
•
A Summary Recommendations Report, which is guided by
defined outcomes, on mission/vision, governance, membership and program
structures, resource requirements and development strategies, and
public awareness and marketing considerations
